1. General Cancellation Terms
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to us via email
The date of the cancellation will be considered the date we receive the written request.
2. Cancellation Fees
It depends on the timing of your cancellation prior to your scheduled departure date and the policy applies with the respective packages you booked.
Cancelation for Nepal Tour:
- 35-21 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost.
- 21-14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
- 14-7 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the tour cost.
Cancelations for Holiday Tours (Outbound)
- Follow the respective countries (destinations) cancelation policy
3. Special Circumstances
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we may offer alternative arrangements or a full refund at our discretion.
- Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.
4. Changes to Reservations
- Changes to booked services will incur cancelation/changes fees or addition to any fees charged by suppliers or service providers.
- Requests for changes must be submitted in writing by email.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
