Child and Infant Policy

Accommodation:

• Infants (0-2 years): Free stay on a bed & breakfast basis. No supplement charge.
• Children (3-12 years): Stay on a bed & breakfast basis is free. A supplement for the meal plan will apply as specified in the provided details.

Return Airport Transfers & Tours:

• Infants (0-2 years): Free for return airport transfers and three full-day tours.
• Children (3-12 years): Pay 50% of the applicable supplement for return airport transfers and three full-day tours.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Charges:
• 30 to 21 Days before Departure: 40% charges apply.
• 20 to 8 Days before Departure: 60% charges apply.
• 7 to 0 Days before Departure: 100% charges apply.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a valid deposit payment as specified in the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Payment Terms:

• Payments can be made via the accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Any bank charges or fees incurred during the transaction are the responsibility of the client.

Child and Infant Policy:

• Infants (0-2 years) are usually accommodated free of charge on a bed & breakfast basis.
• Supplement charges for meal plans apply for children (3-12 years) as specified.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as detailed previously (e.g., percentage of total costs based on how many days prior to the departure date the cancellation occurs).

Changes to Bookings:

• Any changes to the booking request must be submitted in writing. The company will do its best to accommodate changes, but any associated costs or fee adjustments will be borne by the client.

Travel Insurance:

• It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events including cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Liability:

• The company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the course of the tours or activities, except as required by law.

Itinerary Changes:

• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or change accommodations as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors. Clients will be notified of such changes.

Behavioral Expectations:

• Clients are expected to follow the guidelines set by tour guides and respect local customs and regulations. The company reserves the right to terminate a client’s participation due to unacceptable behavior without refunds.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the company is based.

Acceptance of Terms:

• By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
